Elder Roofing

I would like to compliment Elder Roofing for the excellent job and workmanship they performed on my shop roof.
The shop is a pole building with a metal roof. During rainy weather the wind would drive water under the roof cap and also along and under the edges of the metal panels and enter the shop.
When I phoned the business to request a quote, the owner [redacted] explained exactly how the job was to be conducted, the quality of materials they used, and provided me with numerous customer references that I was free to contact.
He provided me with a written quote and the project was completed on schedule and at the quoted price.
A fellow by the name of [redacted] performed the work. He was at the job site on time each day and when I asked questions took the time to explain the process.
The roof was pressure washed. Then he examined each screw and replaced those that were defective. He covered each screw with a metal cap and also with what appeared to be a fiberglass membrane mesh. Care was taken to cover the roof cap with the same type of membrane. The roof was then sprayed with the elastomeric coating and built up with different colors to control the quality and insure areas weren’t missed. Between each coat the coating was allowed to cure and then inspected.
Before hiring Elder Roofing I contacted several other contractors. Many did not return my phone call and others promised to call me back but never did. Those that provided bids were not as professional as Elder Roofing yet their quotes were in the same range.
I found Elder Roofing by searching the Spokane Revdex.com Website and their A+ rating indicated it was a reputable business to deal with. I highly recommend this business!

I am writing about Elder Roofing of Spokane. They did some roofing work for Central Baptist Church a year (I think) ago. They did all of what they said they would do and a little more. This early spring we had another leak due to what weather did to us and things the Church should have done and did not do. I called them and they came out and fixed the leak problem and also did the work that we should have done. They gave us a bid for the work and then did quit a bit of extra work to stop the leaks at no extra charge.
We really appreciate the extra care they gave us, and would recommend Elder Roofing to anybody that needs a roof repaired.
