I applied for coverage thru ElderCare, of which I discovered the form was fraudulently marked that resulted in the company deducting the premium from my Social Security! I neither placed the "X" nor is my signature on that line authorizing payment from SS. Several communications to the organization as well as to the Specialist has not rendered a resolution, including in person contact with Local SS Administration. The only resolution offered, I would have to wait until open enrollment! I emphatically stated at the time of the application, I wanted paper billing!
