Mr [redacted] was here on 6/He sealed of the five downspouts and it workedThe fifth one (leaking/shooting straight otook down andput tons of a sealant on and put back up and it started to rainI signed that all was ok and he said he wasn't sure if it had enough time to seal.But let him knowIt didn't sealThe sealant was dripping off the downspout, when I got home that nightI called him at 9pm and he said he would be upMonday (6/22) to replace that small sectionHe has not returnedAnd his phone ####-###-#### is not taking messagesI have taken pictures.I will have to get a handy man to fix.Shame on him, he has to live with thisI have no guiltJust am hurt.Thank you for all that you have done, I could not get him back to do anything,
