[redacted] The second purchase was made on September *, 2014 and the new order was shipped to the same address on September **, 2015. The [redacted] Tracking number was [redacted] and a PDF copy of this is attached as well. Once [redacted] reported a problem, Eldorado Gems filed a [redacted] claim (Transaction Number [redacted]) that was denied on October *, 2014 (PDF copy attached). Eldorado Gems filed a first appeal which was denied on December **, 2014 (PDF copy attached). Eldorado Gems filed a second appeal. As of today, the Second Appeal is still under Review (PDF copy is attached). Please let us know if there is any additional information required for resolving this complaint. Thank you.
