I am and was desperate for a car and was financed for a car with this companyThe car I recieved was a pt cruiser for the amount of $11,As a college I didnt know how much im being taken advantageDoing some research turns out that a brand pt cruiser is worth just under $So researching some more turns out my car was in a accident so my alignment is off and the engine is on its last legSo im over paying for a car by $and intrest of $which brings the total for a car that I can barely drive to $So overall im disappointed that we have people like this without morality

He disputed his credit report on 2/26/and he signed a paper stating that it was a voluntary repossession, but we would not pursue the remaining balance and we would accept the vehicle back in the condition it was in It will show a repossession on his credit report and it will stay on there

I was not aware the customer was having an issueI spoke to the customer personally 5/10/at which time there had been an error on payment taken for the wrong amountThis was not fraud intentions but a misunderstandingThe customer was refunded and a deferment processed for both April and May
paymentsThis deferment done made the customers next due June which she failed to payWe have since spoken to the customer 7/7/collected her June payment and have arrangements for July's paymentI do not feel a refund or write off of the loan as the customer suggest is dueWe have corrected the error and are working with the customer to get her account currentWe are not Bankrupt as customers have stated we are simply taking another direction and no longer have sales lots, we have changed ownership

I am rejecting this response because: I did not sign such a form regarding it being a repossession. The vehicle was a lemon, too many problems with it so they agreed to take it back, yes, but not as a repossession. It should be an open and closed account, nothing further

I am 22 and was desperate for a car and was financed for a car with this company. The car I recieved was a 07 pt cruiser for the amount of $11,300. As a college I didnt know how much im being taken advantage. Doing some research turns out that a brand pt cruiser is worth just under $7000. So researching some more turns out my car was in a accident so my alignment is off and the engine is on its last leg. So im over paying for a car by $5000 and intrest of $6000 which brings the total for a car that I can barely drive to $17300. So overall im disappointed that we have people like this without morality.

Eldorado Motors will delete the entry from the consumers Credit Bureau.
