Took our Tahoe to be repaired here after it was rear ended (only because they were the closest)It needed a new rear door, quarter panels, a couple sensors and a bumper but no frame damageFirst, it took a week just to get an estimate for the repairs and when my wife called to find out what was taking so long she was told she would just have to waitThe repairs ended up taking a whole monthSecond, Through the whole repair process they didn't seem to have any decent answers on how long it was going to be until it would be completedIn the mean time we were paying for a rental.Third, We got it back today and shortly after leaving the service center the "service park assist" came on so there is some issue with the sensors they replacedThe rear door is not closing correctly, it hits the catch really hard when it closes which it never used to doFourth, they let my wife and kids drive it away with low pressure in the left rear tire, but the did wash it! way to go guys that's way more importantLuckily she stopped by my work for me to inspect the repairs on her way home and I added some air to itThe overall paint job looks nice but the actual repairs are anything but decentStay away from this collision center if you like to be treated like a paying customer and expect to have no problemsThe only person I have no issue with is the paint guy whomever they are, but the rest of the staff involved with our repairs obviously didn't care at all and one female (Tammy, I think was her name) was fairly obnoxious on the phone with my wifeI will not ever be returning or recommending this place to anyone
