After speaking with both the owner and production manager I contacted the customer with the assurance that all of her repairs would be completed for the end of JulyIndeed all pieces including her newer purchases are ready to ship I informed the customer of this status after my personal inspection on Saturday, August and that I would give her an update by Wednesday as to the exact pick up date from the shipping company She has been informed that the pick up date is Saturday, August Regards, [redacted]
Eldred Wheeler via our Salesperson for the Account has reached agreement with the Customer on the morning of April 26th, as follows to resolve the remaining issues with this Customer and her overall order:1.) We will deliver the nightstands in question on Friday, May 5th which she has indicated is satisfactory.2.) We will eliminate the roughage on the inside of the drawer fronts of her chest of drawers to the Customer's satisfaction on Friday, May 5thShe also indicated this will be satisfactory3.) We have waived the balance due on the two nightstands (over $) as our apology for being late with the nightstands, and to resolve her other concernsShe has accepted this reduction and indicated that it along with the above actions will resolve the matter completely once executed
Furniture was picked up from Eldred Wheeler warehouse [redacted] only to be stored in warehouse located somewhere in ** I have now paid Eldred Wheeler in full and I still have not received furniture It is now days in storage and I am still waiting for Eldred Wheeler's delivery people to contact me to arrange delivery Not acceptable to have furniture stored in [redacted] warehouse where it could once again become damaged This is how furniture was damaged in the first place being placed in storageI have no control over who Eldred Wheeler has contracted for their deliverys Delivery set up has to come from Eldred Wheeler Since everything has been paid for and I still do not have my furniture I cannot close this complaint....it still stands Regards, [redacted]
