I am rejecting this response because the matter has yet to be resolved*** has indicated that they are trying to work it out but there has been no progress and we are at the same place today as we were when the complaint was originally filedOur business relationships have been negatively impacted by this and we would like to get this taken care of immediately. We hope to have the funds returned quickly to avoid us having to take action as advised by our legal teamThose actions include reaching out to those in our business community news media, and social media in hopes that other businesses do not experience what we have

We certainly agree with the complaint and do not deny in
any form that the deposit is refundable and due back to the client. Due to some accounting issues on our end,
this process has been delayed. We are
trying our best to rectify the
situation and are staying in daily contact with
the client as we progress forward
