[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] This business has played so many games already and if I accept this it closes my Revdex.com claim what I want is the Business to send me the channel 1tb DVR and then I will send the old defective unit back to them, I have already paid $to them in shipping to receive a broken unit so when they send the new unit with harddrive they also need to send return shipping label so I can send them back there defective unit

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] I have reveiwed elecshacks comments and the proof they submitted to you in the form of a postal label if you notice the postal label is dated 4/5/this label is from the old broken unit without the harddrive that they sent me to replace the unit I originally purchased that was purchased with the harddrive, also it has been days since they said they mailed the unit out(4/21/2016) and when I track the package it only says that they have a package that is ready to ship which allowed them to generate a tracking number, this was done so it would look like they sent it and that is why they have asked me to drop my complaint but I am sure that once you look at the label they attached to there response you will see the kind of company we are dealing with, I want a working replacement with the 1tb harddrive like I returned to them that I originally purchasedThank You
