Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Since Color Tex refused to ship my curtains back without approval of the color, I sent someone to Brooklyn to see the curtains She approved the color with Color Tex and sent the curtains to me.Upon arrival of the curtains, I rehung them and was shocked that the curtains had SHRUNK so much It looks like they were washed in hot water! The length of the curtains when I sent them was inches The curtains were returned to me at a length of inches.Obviously, the width of the panels were also much narrower I could work with the width, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about the missing length.Also, one of the panels was damaged It looks like it was "eaten" by some kind of machinery! It could probably be resewn at some expense Also, all of the pleats at the curtain tops are damaged and all need to be reenforced at the seams.Needless, to say I am not at all satisfied with the treatment I've received from Color Tex.The curtains in there current shape are of no use to me at all In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in reference to a complaint filed by [redacted] against Color Tex IncThe complainant claims that promises made by Color Tex Inc., to dye her garment and finish it in a timely manner , was not metShe also states that she called and spoke to [redacted] , the owner of the company, and was told empty promisesAll these above charges are false, since [redacted] became aware of this problem only after receiving a letter from the Revdex.com [redacted] sent in her curtains on Dec but we didn’t receive it until a few days laterShe also sent it in during holiday seasonDuring this season all goods are delayed since we have business closureSince her curtains where already dyed by someone else we had to do a different process of since they have to be over-dyedThis process takes a little longer and more difficultThis process is also more prone in having difficulties during the dyeingUnfortunately her goods were delayed since there was a problemOn February [redacted] ***, had sent someone down for inspection and it was approvedThe goods were paid for and picked upWe are confident that you will review this claim in a fairly manner and are awaiting your responseThank you very muchRespectfully yours, [redacted]

When I originally spoke with Color Tex re this project he mentioned no risk at all, not damage or shrinkage He just kept telling me, "** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ***"The curtains are of no use to me in the condition they were returned.

Since Color Tex refused to ship my curtains back without approval of the color, I sent someone to Brooklyn to see the curtains.  She approved the color with Color Tex and sent the curtains to me.Upon arrival of the curtains, I rehung them and was shocked that the curtains had SHRUNK so much.  It looks like they were washed in hot water!  The length of the curtains when I sent them was 143 inches.  The curtains were returned to me at a length of 136 inches.Obviously, the width of the panels were also much narrower.  I could work with the width, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about the missing length.Also, one of the 4 panels was damaged.  It looks like it was "eaten" by some kind of machinery!  It could probably be resewn at some expense.  Also, all of the pleats at the curtain tops are damaged and all need to be reenforced at the seams.Needless, to say I am not at all satisfied with the treatment I've received from Color Tex.The curtains in there current shape are of no use to me at all.

[redacted] sent in her curtains on Dec 9 but we didn’t receive it until a few days later. She also sent it in during holiday season. During this season all goods are delayed since we have business closure. Since her curtains where already dyed by someone else we had to do a different process of since they have to be over-dyed. This process takes a little longer and more difficult. This process is also more prone in having difficulties during the dyeing. Unfortunately her goods were delayed since there was a problem. On February [redacted], had sent someone down for inspection and it was approved. The goods were paid for and picked up.
