The customer refused to pay the initial trip and diagnostics fee of $89.50.  Due to a lack of payment at the time of service, the customer was sent an invoice.If the customer would like to continue service, we recommend she contact M[redacted] for another service provider.

The fact that there was no apology after a 2 month wait to have a washing machine fixed just shows that this customer is no where near customer oriented.  The doctor warranty work and knowing that the consumer has no choice but to deal with them they are rude, not helpful, and inconsiderate.  Dealing with the lack of information and the horrible attitudes when you try to get info was not worth any amount of money the warranty saved me.  I actually own a business that is Acreddited by the Revdex.com and I know that these people do not come anywhere near those standards.

Unfortunately, on January 21st at 10:00am EST we terminated our technician in the Baltimore, MD market due to attendance issues.  We are currently seeking another technician in this market so that we may resume service.We apologize to all the customers, manufacturers, and extended warranty...

companies that were inconvenienced because of our staffing issue.We are hoping to be back in the Baltimore market very soon.

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] We were contacted on November 11th that the parts were in and they would be out on November 13th between 12:00 and 5:00 p.m.  to install the parts to fix my dryer.  The serviceman came out at around 1:45 and after one hour he informed me that he couldn't fix my dryer because he needed more parts to finish it.  He had the dryer completely torn apart all over my kitchen floor and when he left the dryer was halfway put back together with the screws in the back of the dryer.  I asked him how long this was going to take and he said he didn't know and he would call when they came in and then he left.  I then called [redacted] and talked to someone in the warranty department.  She informed me at that time that [redacted] was going to replace my dryer with a new one.  She transferred me to the Presidential Department where they told me this problem would be taken care of.

As we explained to the customer, parts were ordered at the discretion of her contract company.  We cannot purchase parts directly from any vendor of our choice, they are sent to us by the contract company.The parts were installed and the unit was repaired July 28th.

I'm sorry, I thought our reply was to inform the Revdex.com that the repair was now complete.  We do apologize for the poor service experience.  Our goal is to always fix the customer's product, TV or Appliance, as quickly as possible.  In this instance, we have let the customer down.  For that, we are sorry.

I am sorry for the delay, we will continue to expedite the parts needed and install schedule.

The invoice of $89.50 has been cleared.  There are no further charges to the customer.If the customer would like to continue service, please have her contact M[redacted] for another authorized repair center in her market.
