This letter is in response to the complaint ID #***After receiving the initial letter from Revdex.com, I called the customer and left a voicemail asking her to call me back so that we could resolve her complaintThat was over a week ago and she has
still not responded to meI am willing to remake her glasses with a different prescription that will allow her to see at a close rangeThis change will be at no cost to the patientThe glasses have already been remade once (5/2/2014) at the patient's REQUEST they were remade into a distance only lensThe fact that she would be unable to read with that prescription was clearly explained to the patient by myself (the doctor)Since she did not fully realize her refractive limitations, and I do wish to resolve my patient’s needs, I am willing to bend our company policy (ONE remake) in order to make her happyPlease have her contact me personally, at my office in order to move forward.Sincerely,Barbara P
