we are very upset we never had a complaintwe have so many nice letters from our customers !! I was helping [redacted] no charge went to his house a few times to look at fan wanted to help him out .I went to the supply house several times for pricing paid my worker to go to [redacted] I never charged [redacted] .He kept canceling us when were coming I was doing it all for free as a favor to the contractor I left for vacation and [redacted] harassed me and my worker with calls and texts .Im sorry I couldnt do the job but I realized he has problems and the contractor told me not to get involved That [redacted] might be mentally handicapped I have the nasty texts he was very aggressive and nasty I was at his house he never mentioned a light in his fan until I told him we were to busy to play around with this fan He was looking for something for free We have so many customers that really need help still in our small town from the sandy storm we help everyone but this gentlemen is just looking to start trouble.like I said never took a penny from him .I paid my employee out of my money to do him a favor we were at hhis house a few times helping him.Im sorry he just was harrassig us so badly we had pulled awayany guestions please call us thank you so much for your help [redacted] v***

I am rejecting this response because, again, he is totally wrong He gave me the wrong info on the part to get I have texts proving this and most importantly that I did not want anything for free or at a bargain priceI simply wanted to fix what was wrong My main concern is that he is totally unreliable and I want people to know this I want people's to see this complaint and be aware of how explosive his personality is, and people should avoid using this Company. Here's the facts:he incorrectly suggested getting the wrong piece to fix the fan he told me to get the entire unit and it did not fit properly in the base Problem #1: he does not know his work I would up suggesting replacing the motorNot him He said he would replace the motor and we made an appointment which he cancelled on the day he was supposed to comeHe's the key to all of this: I thought the light in the kitchen could cause a fire because the bulb was constantly going out The last time it did this it gave a big "pop" He did the initial wiring on this I did not want anything for free when I text him (I have proof of this) asking him to take a look He called me and said "you're on you own" My reply: "you can't do this to me"He said: "watch me"And then hung up on me and did not take the call I immediately made nor the texts I sent him How unreliable is this? It was his work he was not standing by.Simply put, this is what I want people to see If this gets to one person, then I feel I may have avoided heartache for that person People need to avoid using him and his Company.

let me say I came over guys I diagnosed the problem I didnt charge him two guys a house call I then took my time to go the the supply house to get him the price it was outdated part he wanted to find it cheaper on line I gave him the info his wife and he couldn't sheduale me to come a half hour job was so many calls and they couldnt sheduale it I have texts and phone bill showing the nonsence all I was doing was trying to help him out My worker has his texts and calls he felt *** was harrasing him I never charged him which I should for my time and my workers time We were there a couple times It got so crazy you can tell by his complaint he is not a rational person Also we do give a one year guarantee on our work not years !!! the socket is bad replace it and use better bulbs if its a bulb problem .Im sorry he feels he wants compensation but Im not doing anymore for this guy !! I never charged him a penny if he wants to pay me for my time I would of charged him $or more for the house calls and supply house and diagnoses ! and that was all money out of my pocket !! His reply is totally false. I never cancelled on himHe cancelled on me. I never wanted anything for fee and I have texts to prove thatI just wanted him to check out a potentially dangerous issue that I thought could cause a fireHere is what really happenned. On the morning that he or his worker was supposed to change the fan to the light in the back bathroom, I text him, asking him to take a look at what I thought was faulty lighting (that he put in when he did my kitchen about years ago) . When he received that text it must have put him over the edge. I believe he is under stress from taking on too much work. He called me and said: "you're on your own". I said you can't leave me hanging like this and he said: "yes I can, just watch me." He then hung up on me. He did not take any calls or messages after that. I have proof that I text him afterwards and said that I was NOT looking for anything for free. I simply wanted him to: (1) replace the motor in the back bathroom fan and (2) take a look at the light in the kitchen (again - that he put in wiring) to make sure that nothing can cause a fire. After he hung up and did not take any calls or respond to me tests, I was very annoyed and did text him to try and let him know that something was coming from the Revdex.com. It looks like he is interpreting these texts as harrassment, while I was just trying to tell him something is comingI wound up paying $to get the fan replaced. I can supply an invoice if neededI wound up replacing the socket in the kitchen light and believe that is OK nowI would like to do two things:get reimbursed for the extra $that I had to pay over his quote to me, and keep this complaint on file so future potential cutomers can refer to it so see what I hot head and unreliable Company this is. I would never recommend them to anyone and want others to see this. How does one not stand by their work (i.e., original work in kitchen that he refused to take a look at, as well as not coming in to do something he quoted me he would do - replace the fan)?
