Ms*** Sorry for the slow response! I have been out of town with my father who is dealing with cancer and taking aggressive TreatmentsI visited Mr*** on 7/7/and explained my situationWe spoke of several possible
solutions to His concrete problemAs I explained to him, the underlying ground is very soft and vibrates when large trucks pass. He also has a water meter located in the concrete which makes additional stress pointsI am going to make a request To the parish water works deptto relocate the meter outside the driveway, which should take care of his problem. Regretfully, we have not heard anything from Mr. T[redacted] himself other than what has been posted. We are in agreement that the water meter needs to be moved and relocated to the lawn but when and how this is to be done we have no idea as Mr. T[redacted] has not contacted us since the meeting on 7/7/15. It seems that we have no choice but to agree in order to move the repairs forward.

Ms. [redacted] , I have contacted two concrete contractors and also St John parish water dept. we have come to what we feel would         Be the best solution to [redacted] problem which is to break the section of concrete out and relocate the water meter outside         Of the driveway area and repour the concrete . We would like to know if this will be satisfactory?

At this point I cannot agree as Mr. T[redacted] has not presented any detailed plan on repairs. He spoke briefly on relocating the water meter onto the lawn and had to speak to someone else about another idea he had. He told me he would get back with me but as of this correspondence I have not heard for him or anyone from the Parish.
According to his statement about the very soft ground and large trucks passing that causes additional stress points around the water meter. The largest truck that passes is the garbage truck, other that, it is normal residential traffic?
