He was going to put the quote in the mail that afternoon after getting pricesI was fine with thatA week later when the estimate had still not arrived I requested a refund of the $I had paid for it Request was ignored and got the excuse that he couldn't mail it that afternoon because he had out of town for work the next day What ?? Estimate showed up in the mail the next day ,went into the trash unopened Far as I am concerned they breached the contract,would never do business with them Guess their percent guarantee does not apply to refunds

Electric Doctor advertises and makes part of their contract a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," which states, "If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we will refund all of your money Satisfaction guaranteed or it's Free."
After three assurances that they worked on radon systems, I engaged them for that purpose After their serviceman visited and did no work on the system, he later called back and said they did not work on radon systems at all
I requested full refund and received only a partial refund $was withheld as a "dispatch fee." There was no reference to a dispatch fee in their statement or materials
The Guarantee is advertised on their website and is given at the time of service This is a fraudulent practice if they are not going to honor it

NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! We used them to get some work done on our house we were selling per inspectionWe gave them the inspection sheet of what needed to be doneThey "did" it, but when the owners did the walk thru they discovered they DID NOT do what they had saidNow they are giving us the run around about doing it, so much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed! SO NOT HAPPY WITH THEM! They said they would contact the realtor to get it set up since it was closed but the realtor never heard from themWe keep calling and they keep giving us a run around

Guess their 100 percent guarantee does not apply to refunds.
