Electric Factory Concerts

The Electric Factory in Philadelphia PA had a show scheduled for July 8, 2017 ***... 2 days before the show, it was announced online that the show was being cancelled and refunds for all tickets will be given at the point of sale... I purchased my ticket at the Electric Factory box office in Philadelphia PA... Electric Factory box office policy says that if you pay cash for a ticket at the box office then there is no service charge but if you pay for a ticket at the box office location with a credit card the there is a $3.50 service charge... I purchased my ticket in advance on June 29, 2017 for the *** show on July 8, 2017... The ticket was $45 with a $3.50 service charge because I paid with my credit card for a total of $48.50... So I went to the box office location to get my refund on July 13, 2017 and I was only refunded $45 and I was told by the woman working at the box office that they do not refund the service charge for tickets purchased with a credit card... I believe that is very unacceptable especially if a concert show is cancelled at no fault from the customer. Revdex.com please look into this issue because I believe that type of business policy and practice is not acceptable under any circumstances... A full refund regardless of how it was paid should be given to each ticket holders went any concert show is cancelled.
