I am rejecting this response because: The replacement is a corsett, first of all, not the workout cincher, that I purchasedThe "replacement" you sent is not intended for athletic useThe item I received was in a plastic bag, with no tag or invoiceHow do I know this product was not used? I was upset that they provide a telephone number to contact them with and they did not respond. I did not try on their
product because it looked small and yes I wanted a larger size. I will never shop with ShopCiti again. They said on their site about the size of the product which was misleading. I am out of $because I cannot use that product nor do I have any one to buy it from me. I think it is bad customer service for them to totally ignore their client

On our website its stated very clearly all sales are final because it's a undergarment you can't exchange anything because we can't resale or restock undergarments
