The kiosks barely work, which causes prolonged waiting... The staff is generally friendly, especially Megan, she's always fast, and friendly. However the manager Tony has a horrible attitude, and should not be working with people. I've seen her be very rude to others, as well as myself. Between her and the kiosk problem, thinking of switching.

Update: again the manager Toni is ridiculously rude. Her attitude is atrocious. 3 members of her staff gave me the wrong information, she did nothing to rectify the situation and insinuated that I either made this information up. Or misunderstood. How do you misunderstand 3 people telling you what day to return?. Calling corporate and filing a complaint. Myself and the few other people I know that donate here, will not be returning.
