The complainant clarified that he would like to receive back issues of Electric Literature in lieu of reimbursement. I am sending issues 3 and 4 in the mail this week.
Review: I purchased a 4 issue subscription to Electric Literature on Dec **, 2010. The payment was sent via paypal to [redacted] for $32.00. (An additional email for Electric Literature was listed on the paypal site as [redacted]) At the time, issue number 5 had just been released and I received that in the mail a few months later. Following that I received issue number 6. No additional issues were released following issue number 6 and I emailed them concerning the 2 issues of my subscription that were never fulfilled. I never was replied to. It is now 3 years later and after multiple attempts at contacting them via the email addresses listed on their site [redacted] to resolve this issue, I am simply being ignored. There is no phone number listed for contact.Desired Settlement: I would like either:The 2 issues mailed to me that would fulfill the terms of my subscription - except no.5 and no.6 as I have received these.or$16.00 refunded to me for the 2 issues that I have never received. If this money is refunded to me via paypal you must compensate for the service fee so I will receive the full $16.00.
