I am rejecting this response because:
Electro Pro did pay the dollarsrebate because we were told there was a dollars rebate not tax credit *** did give us the option of a refund if we would let him remove the unit and the duct work We were okay with exchanging the unit and would pay the difference for the new one We did not want the ceilings torn out of the house to remove the duct work We agreed to a refund for the price of just the unit They offered us dollars for the unit which we did not acceptWe did have another dealer install heat strips in the unitAs I said in the original compliant we were not offered the opportunity to have heat strips installed when we purchased the unitI have had heat pumps since and never had one sold to me without the heat strips in the unitI did not have to request that they be installed

They were given a quote of $4,to install all duct work, electrical and a 1/Goodman heat pump. Since the date of installation we have sent a technician out to their house times to diagnose a "terrible noise," each time no problem was found, they kept claiming that it only happens in
the middle of the nightWe've made every attempt possible to make this couple happy I even went so far as to give them $in cash back because they claimed that the tax credit they would get for installing an energy efficient unit was suppose to be a factory rebate, not true, none the less I was trying to make them happy The last time they called us about the "terrible noise", I told them that we were done trying to make them happy I gave them two optionsOption one, a full refund, and Electric Pro would take our equipment and duct work back Option two, find another company to see if they could find the "terrible noise"They of course choose option two If they have now decided they want to install heat strips, they can find another company to do so, I'm done dealing with them The bottom line is they were not able to get the credit card company to cancel the the sale months after it was installed This is a fraudulent claim that I have been well documenting Electric Pro will not tolerate any further harassment or attempts by this couple to receive a free upgradeThat is all this has ever been about since the first warranty call we made

happens in the middle of the night. We've made every attempt possible to make this couple happy.  I even went so far as to give them $300.00 in cash back because they claimed that the tax credit they would get for installing an energy efficient unit was suppose to be a factory rebate, not true, none the less I was trying to make them happy.  The last time they called us about the "terrible noise", I told them that we were done trying to make them happy.  I gave them two options. Option one, a full refund, and Electric Pro would take our equipment and duct work back.  Option two, find another company to see if they could find the "terrible noise". They of course choose option two.  If they have now decided they want to install heat strips, they can find another company to do so, I'm done dealing with them.  The bottom line is they were not able to get the credit card company to cancel the the sale months after it was installed.  This is a fraudulent claim that I have been well documenting.  Electric Pro will not tolerate any further harassment or attempts by this couple to receive a free upgrade. That is all this has ever been about since the first warranty call we made.

I am rejecting this response because:Electro Pro did pay the 300 dollars. rebate because we were told there was a 300 dollars rebate not tax credit.  [redacted] did give us the option of a refund if we would let him remove the unit and the duct work.  We were okay with exchanging the unit and would pay  the difference for the new one.  We did not want the ceilings torn out of the  house to remove the duct work .   We agreed to a refund for the  price of just the unit.  They offered us 800  dollars for the unit which we did not accept. We did have another dealer install heat strips in the unit. As I said in the original compliant we were not offered the opportunity to have heat strips installed when we purchased  the unit. I have had heat pumps since 1975 and never had one sold to me without the heat strips in the unit. I did not have to request that they be installed.
