Terrible experience and I will never transact them them again
Their website says, "most packages should arrive on your doorstep within 5-business days after shipment." My package took days When I called to follthey told me I should have received it already That's stating the obvious! When I subsequently asked when I should expect it, they told me "any day." No assistance on why it was delayed, when I should expect receipt, or any other reputable customer service Unreliable delivery and clueless support
