This company finds sixteen days to be a proper turnaround time for an IN STOCK, USA SHIPPED item. I paid shipping fees which would have covered Priority Mail and then some. These cheap crooks use the cheapest regular mail service, so to add insult to I jury, it takes six more days to receive it after they took ten days JUST TO SHIP IT OUT! These people are a complete joke. You could buy the same things on WISH and have them delivered all the way from China in this amount of time.
Review: I originally purchased one of their products in December 2012. Upon preparing to wash the item, a t-shirt, in January 2012. The t-shirt material started to tear just by pulling at it. When informed of the issue, Electric Threads asked for me to send it in to get replaced and they would refund all the shipping fees. This was in mid February. I sent the shirt back to the address they provided. I have not received my money back or a replacement item. I have both called and emailed both their customer service line, [redacted] page, and blog page. I have yet to get a response in over 3 weeks. All I would like is a full refund for the shirt and all shipping and handling fees that were involved for the original shirt and the return of the defective item.Desired Settlement: All I would like is a full refund for the shirt and all shipping and handling fees that were involved for the original shirt and the return of the defective item. Review: Purchased product, received email notification of order and expedited shipping charge. My credit card account was charged $38 for the product. I never received a shipping email nor did they respond to both my emails in regards to the product. Called the phone number listed on the website and it states it is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like the product seeing as that I've already paid for it, as well as return compensation in the full amount I paid for the product.
