Do not hire this company to build a sunroom. They built one for us 14 years ago by converting an old screened in porch to a sunroom. Incorrect door was installed and it started leaking under the door 6-7 years ago and ruined the Berber carpet which had to be replaced due to black mold.Carpet was replaced with indoor/outdoor carpet. We were told Berber carpet was fine as it would be water tight.Water seeped in after that but we thought it would not hurt the carpet so we didn't call the owner of this business [redacted]. Two years ago water under the door slowly got worse..past 6 months severe leakage..gallons leaked in after every rain. Had to place 4 beach towels next to the door to soak up the water. We called [redacted] to solve this problem in March 2016. We were told the door was the WRONG door for this room. Old door removed from the hinges and it was rotten on the bottom and we saw black mold. Popham installed a new door which was guaranteed rot free in mid April and it has been dry after every rain. We were also informed the screens installed behind the glass windows were of a very cheap quality and not well made. Bottom line..do not hire this company to build a sunroom!!!
