Electric Vac

I purchased a *** on the *** on February 19, 2019. There was no shipping fees but the latest expected shipping was to be on February 25th. O dod not recieve my package. I also noticed the the tracking number no longer worked. I contacted the seller "Stephan D" via *** to try to find out what was as going on. His response was that my package was reroute to my home the next following day(Feb 26). I waited for my package and again, it never came. I again contacted the seller to find out what was as going on with my package and his response was the same that it was reroute to my home on Friday (Feb 27) and it still never showed. I contacted the USPS and they also were unable to track the package. I was unable to leave an additional review on their *** seller page. I believe this person/company participates in shady business. I was able to contact my back to have the charge disputed but this company should be stopped from taking advantage of people on the marketplace.There also seems to be limited information about the company but touts it's a "40 year old family biz".
