Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
It is true I am not a repair man, I fix patient; but I asked and paid a part and instead I got another part which is not the one I ordered
I went online found the correct part in minute and purchased it from ***I got it in days with possibility to return it if it was wrong , but it is correct
The other part I purchased at this business, is fine and I have no complaint about it.I found it for half price, also in a minute on ***, but I accept this .it is my duty to check the price before I purchase something
I have a problem when I purchase a part , I am given the wrong one, at least not the identical one, and the I got as an answer that "I am not a repair man" so I cannot make the difference.I can send pictures and show this difference between the part I ordered and the part I got
If they had told me the part is different I would not had purchased it.Also they didn't explicit said that they would be no return.Sincerely,*** *** **

THIS PART IS AN OEM (THIS IS A MANUFACTURE PART) THEY MODIFIED THE PART AND I EVEN SHOWED HIM AND READ TO HIM ABOUT THE CHANGES THE COMPANY MADE (THIS NO LONGER HAS STRAP HOLES AS THE ARE NO LONGER REQ'D) I SPOKE TO HIM ON 2/12/AND EXPLAINED ALL THIS INFO WITH THE CUSTOMER ALSO I
TOLD HIM ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY IF WE SPECIAL ORDER WE DO NOT STOCK THOSE PARTS DUE TO SLOW SELLING PARTS WE CANNOT RETURN, HE SAID OK NO PROBLEM I'LL JUST GIVE YOU BACK THE PART I DON'T NEED IT, "AFTER SPENDING HALF AN HOUR ON THE PHONE", ON 2/13/THE CUSTOMER CAME IN THE STORE AND STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN, THIS TIME HE TRIED TO TELL ME I DIDNT SHOW HIM PART TO MATCH IT ECTECTWHICH IS NOT TRUE, HE EVEN CAME IN WITH THE OLD PART TO MATCH IT AND SAID YES IT A MATCH BECAUSE I OPENED THE BOX AND GAVE IT TO HIM TO MATCH, WHEN HE WAS DONE I ASKED YOU WANT THE BOX TO PUT PART BACK IN HE DELCLINED THE BOXED AN ASKED ME TO THROW IT AWAYWE ARE AN HONEST BUSINESS, BEEN AROUND SINCE 1946. IF IT WAS A MISTAKE OR WRONG PART WE WOULD HAVE GLADLY REPLACE OR CHANGE PART AS MISTAKES HAPPENBUT IN THIS SITUATION, NOT GOING TO EAT A PRODUCT JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER IS NOT A REPAIR MAN AND CANT MAKE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS THAT THE MANUFACTURE REACQUIRES

I'M REJECTING YOUR STORY:
AT THE END OF THE DAY WHATEVER MAKES YOU SLEEP BETTER, YOU CAN LIE TO THEM, BUT WE KNOW THE TRUTHWE ARE NOT GIVING YOU THE REFUND, IT'S ON THE INVOICE LIKE WE DISCUSSEDI'M NOT GOING TO KEEP PLAYING THIS TENNIS GAME BACK AND FORTH, THAT'S THE SAME THING YOU DID ON PHONE AND IN PERSON, YOU KEEP CHANGING THE STORY, THIS IS MY LAST RESPONSE
