Garry *** has been jerking me around since aprilI need panels replaced in my apartment buildingHe inspected it and has given me different quotes that have risen each time because of unexpected issuesThe rising quotes are not the issueThe issue is that I have been trying to schedule the work to be done for months and was told how much this will cost and have gotten the money togetherI have been sitting on the funds for a month now and it looks like I will need to start all the way over with a new electrician and it's unknown if my funds will be sufficient nowThe way Garry has pushed me off and has even tried to talk me out of using electric masters has left a bad taste in my mouthNow over three months have passed, I still have a water leak behind my electric panels and no repair in sightI think he underbid me and is trying to get out of it and ignoring me at this pointThanks Garry for wasting my time and possibly screwing me in collecting the needed funds to

We had a little miscommunication due to a technological error on my end and Electric Masters made it right even though they were not at faultI have revoked my complaint and would recommend using these guys to anyoneGarry helped us out immensely by giving us quality work for much less than the competition and was very transparent with the details and did not try and over sell like so many others were doingI would use Electric Masters again, and will if I have a need, and also recommend them to friends and familyThe time quoted was spot onHe had all of the work done in the day he quoted and did a professional jobThank you everyone at Electric Masters for all of your help and understandingWe really appreciate all that you have done

I was not pleased with the customer service I receivedI received an estimate on a Wednesday and was told they could probably do the work on the following MondayI needed this job completed quickly I reviewed the estimate on that Wednesday and immediately responded in an email that I wanted to go ahead and schedule the workLong story short, it took about more days to finally get an appointment for the work to be done on ThursdayI arranged to leave work for the appointment and I get a phone call an hour before the appointment saying they will be hours late....fineI also discover in this conversation that the electrician who is doing the work doesn't even know what he's supposed to be doing and he didn't have the materials he needed but he said he could get the materialsI had to send him a copy of the estimate for him to see what was supposed to be fixedI leave work and go home and get a phone call saying that the electrician needs to rescheduleI said forget it.....I will find someone else to do itAnd this business has an A+ rating? Completely unprofessional

I am in contact with Mr*** to try to resolve this issue The process has been drawn out due to requirements by the inspection agency to develop plans and perform load calculations This work has been accomplished and the permit has been issuedSeveral weeks ago the customer and I
had a phone conversation during which I indicated that due to our scheduling the development of the plans would be delayed Unfortunately I'm the owner of the company and there is no one above me at our company to handle this situation If the customer is willing to give us another chance I will ensure that the project moves forward on a timely basis As I've already relayed to the customer we can perform the physical work next week if he desires If the customer does not want to move forward we will cancel our permit We have not collected any money from the customer and nothing would be expected for the work and expense we've already performed My preference is to complete the project if Mr*** is open to it
