Review: I contracted Electric Works owned by John M W[redacted] of [redacted]. To do some electrical repairs in my house. His contact numbers are [redacted] and [redacted] I found him to be very over priced for the job he did. He charged me for a full days labor but finished the job in less than two hours. The problem isn’t the overcharging. The problem is that he had to take apart one of the lights to repair it. Of course he didn’t have the part on hand to finish the job so he took the important piece away and promised up and down that he’d be ‘right back’ to fix it. That was the last I heard from him. I called him dozens of times, texted plenty and even tried to reach him by a mutual friend but I haven’t gotten any response. It’s my own fault because I paid him in full and John M W[redacted] owner of Electricworks in [redacted] is a rip off artist and doesn’t care about his customers’ satisfaction and is willing to price gouge. He won’t even answer the call / text. He has the part the other guy is going to need to fix the light. What a shady business owner.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or give me a refund and the part back
