Mr [redacted] (ElectroMechanical Service) showed up on time , spent one half huor evaluation our dish washer trying all its cycles, dagnosed the problem and called around to see if he could get partsNone were available as unit was over years oldHe then found us an excellent used unit fpr a reasonable price and gave us a quote installed He brought the unit out and installed it, but some difficulty was encountered with the connectionsHe had to get additional parts and it took several hurs, but there was no additional chargeWe are very happy with our dish washer and the work done by Mr [redacted] The work was neatly done with no damage to surrounding cabinet work and a perfect clean up was done at the finish All charges were very reasonableWe would recomend ElectroMechanical highly and without reservation

My Kenmore dishwasher is about years old It has all the features I like, so I was concerned when it started leaking last month I was hoping to find a repair technician who was knowledgeable about older appliances, and one who enjoyed repairing theseI have found that some prefer installing new equipment and have no interest in doing much elseLooking online, I found the best recommendations for Electro Mechanical Service
When I called, they set up an appointment promptly at a convenient time, and then arrived prepared to find the source of the leak, provide an estimate, and repair it A loose hose was the problem, and they inspected it and securely clamped it which fixed the leak They also check for any other problems, and then tested the washer, which now works fabulously I also have an older dryer with a loose door, and it did not need any additional parts so they were able to fix that on the same visit They do not just slap on a part and leave, they check the equipment to make sure everything is secure and operating properly
*** is skillfully trained, and is an excellent technical mechanic, plus he is honest and courteous He is among the best I've ever found, so I highly recommend him Co owner (and wife of ***) *** manages the office and made a follow up call two days later asking me how I liked the repairs and if all was running well Their professionalism is fantastic! As a real estate investment company in Tucson, there is usually some appliance that needs to be looked at or have parts replaced. KRM Investment is SO lucky to have found David and who knew that a reasonably priced, go-to-your-home, knowledgeable technician even still existed in this day and age! David has visited our rental homes and even our personal residence for over all inspections of appliances and heater, to fix a stackable washer/dryer combo, stove/oven and most recently, a cook top in our home.
