I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I never received a receipt electronically for the work performed. That is why I wrote this complaint in the first place. As for me changing my mind, if the owner bothered to pick up his phone and answer the calls that were coming in, we would have had no problems whatsoever. All I need is a receipt for the $1,that I paid this company outlining the work performed on the said dates. As for changing my mind, the owner had no problems with the changes as he was being paid more than his original quote. So if he would just provide a receipt (which I did ask for when I paid him, he said he would place a copy in my mailbox) then all problems would be resolved
