I am rejecting this response because: The purchase order that is being refereed to was for the building of the booth.  The outstanding invoice is for the installation and dismantle of the booth at a trade show.

I just received a letter from you regarding a complaint that Electroboard received? I believe the ID is [redacted].
I believe that this complaint is from a company in Calgary, Canada called [redacted]. We contracted them to provide a trade show booth for our company. We issued a Purchase Order...

and paid invoice on the amounts agreed on that purchase order. Which is in full compliance of my company purchasing policies.
This organization proceeded to invoice for additional amounts that were not agreed to via purchase order and obviously because they are not approved, will not be paid.
I don’t understand why this would warrant a complaint. It is unjustified. Our organization issued a purchase order and paid the sum based on that purchase order. All within our purchasing processes.
