I just received a letter from you regarding a complaint that Electroboard received? I believe the ID is [redacted] I believe that this complaint is from a company in Calgary, Canada called [redacted] We contracted them to provide a trade show booth for our companyWe issued a Purchase Order and paid invoice on the amounts agreed on that purchase orderWhich is in full compliance of my company purchasing policies This organization proceeded to invoice for additional amounts that were not agreed to via purchase order and obviously because they are not approved, will not be paid I don’t understand why this would warrant a complaintIt is unjustifiedOur organization issued a purchase order and paid the sum based on that purchase orderAll within our purchasing processes Please let me know if you need any information [redacted]
