I recently purchased an appraisal on a house from electronic appraiser .com that seemed more like a scam then an appraisal. I paid the rather high Fee expecting a quality report. What I got was what looks like random information filled in for the address of the home I needed appraised. No other website or county records had the information this far off-base. Report was not usable at all and efforts to email customer service were never replied to.
