Hello,I have attached a screen shot from our merchant account showing the cards as being declined Typically what happens during this type of a decline is the bank will put a pre-authorization hold on the funds, which may last a few days but will automatically be released back into the account The reason for the decline is that the Address Verification System came back with an invalid billing address ""AVS Response:Address and Zip Code do not match"The only way we can speed up this process is if you contact your bank and ask them what they need from us to release the funds from their hold and we can forward over that info Sorry about the confusion and delay!- [redacted] ***
