Review: Mr [redacted] of Warrior Investments LLC came to my office sometime in January to set our company up to receive Visa, Master Card, and Discover. He explained the percentages that were to be charged and had me sign a contract (that was blank) he instructed me that he would fill out the contract and send it back. When I received the completed copy in the mail, it was not what we discussed, therefor I cancelled the contract. Mr [redacted] told me he would get back to us on lowering the payment we told him to call us with the payment amount before he set anything up. The next thing we received was the same contract altered. We did not agree to that amount either it was assumed by [redacted]. Again I called Mr [redacted] about the amount and the fact that the equipment he left me was not working properly and had not worked properly since he installed it. He said he would have all payments waived for all the trouble we had and would have a credit issued. Mr [redacted] also left equipment (a check machine) with us, we told him we do not accept checks and would not use and to take it with him. He told us we would not be charged unless we used it. So he left it and we NEVER used it and were charged month after month for it. Mr [redacted] said we would receive a credit for the check machine payments and we never have. I feel that Mr [redacted] took advantage of a first time female business owner. The payments were never waived nor did we receive a credit as he promised and he has now stopped taking my phone calls.
