Review: I purchashed a portable router on 08/**/2013 at around 10am and I tired using it and the router did not work. So I called the company ###-###-#### clear view and they stated the account was placed under someone elses name so they could not help me. I went back to the store the next day 08/**/2013 in the morining again to speak to [redacted] whiched helped me set up the account and he stated that this company always does this and he could not help me that I needed to call and I explained to him I did. I asked if it was possible for me to get a refund and he stated no on 08/**/2013 the next day of purchase. I called the company again and they stated they cannot change the inforamtion on the account. So I just lost 100.00 dollars for shopping at a mom and pop store. Shame on me never again. I will stay with my chain stores form now on.Desired Settlement: I paid 50 for the router and 50 activation fee. All togetter 100.00. They are also unlocking stolen phones for customers I saw this while I was there and could not belive my eyes.Anyone can steal a found and go unlock.
