I had been going to Autolab for almost years for my oil changesI thought their services were awesome till yesterdayThey questioned me about not getting any other services done on my carI told them it was still under warranty or my husband takes care of it and I love bringing my car there for the oil changesHe flat out and said that we are losing money on you cause you keep using the $couponI said, you mail and email them to me sounds like you want me to use it and come back! He flat out told me that I can have my husband to do my oil changes from now onWhat??!!! Seriously! I just defended them from Tom [redacted] and boy I was so wrongIf only he would've said, we can honor just this time and I have to pay full price or just say we can't honor it cause I've exceed the limitThat's fine and I would've paid it, but instead he didn't want my business at allSo disappointed

I thought this would be a great place to have my car serviced at and am finding out that it is about the same as any other placeI was told by a guy name David before I left the day of getting my tires serviced that , " if I had any issues with my tire that I would have to remove my tire and put the spare on to be covered in the warranty"I bought tires from this shop and had no issues unitl I check my tires a month after getting the them done I have a huge bulge on the tire wall on two of the tires on the passenger side! Called and was told by Wylie that it sounded like a defect but when I took it in was told otherwise after telling the gentlemen that my paper receipt that I signed said I have a warranty on parts and labor based on miles or months which ever comes first! The gentleman Wylie basically told me I was lying after my boyfriend brought the car in and said he knew exactly what caused the issueI was given a follow up call from Daniel after I posted this review and was told that he would help me through it all and would try his best but would not guarantee that anything would happen from his help, he then went on to say what ever route this situation went , " he (Daniel) would take care of the labor for me to compensate for the frustration I was feeling the other day with Wylie"I ended up getting one tire under warranty through my calls and staying on the manufacturing company *** *** and had to pay for the other tireThe communication is horrible at this company and that showed throughout my experienceCustomer service is also no a big thing either, since the first time the owner Jason spoke to me was to say, " Oh your missing a lug nut on your tire and then went to say oh never mind they found it"; to add more fuel to the situationTo tender out the transaction, I was given a attitude by Wylie the assistant manager and was told that he didn't tell my grandmother that about waiving the labor for the transaction on the phone after I told him that Daniel said he would take care of thatI told him I am stating what I was told and if it was said then it needs to be honored; Wylie replied and said that, " they have been dealing with this problem for a week and that enough is enoughTo clarify they were the reason it went on this long, due to not following up with me and stating that *** craft needed to do there part when I was there when everything was given to Daniel from Auto lab; *** *** said, " they have no part in the situation and Auto Lab is to do the remaining part after being given the authorization number for the tires I told Wylie I did not want to argue and thought it was very unprofessional of him to want to argue about what I was toldWylie kept going and said sarcastically that let's go and give them what it is they want, and my grandmother rejected it because of how unprofessional he was acting when he wanted to honor what Daniel saidI left to hear Wylie yelling about the situation with David about everything and told my grandmother I would never and I mean NEVER will I recommend or refer anyone here

On February 21, I had work done by AutoLab on my Toyota Tacoma truckSpecifically, they removed and replaced the clutch pressure plate, pilot bearing, and flywheelLess than four months later, my manual transmission went out, and I was told by AutoLab that I would need to replace the transmission, and that the transmission problem was unrelated to their earlier work on the clutchOn June 27, I paid for services apparently done by AutoLab on the transmissionI signed a service contract on that day to "Remove & Install Transmission Assembly" and "Remove & Replace Manual Extension Shaft Seal." The total cost of the above parts and work was $2,The service contract that I signed also includes the following warranty: "Warranty on parts and labor is months or 36,miles, whichever comes first." Upon signing this item, I verbally requested a written synopsis of work performed in replacing the transmission, including photosI was told that would be forth
