Electronic Inventory Online Reviews (%countItem)

Stay away, ordered masks March 1, we are almost a half a year later and they are still saying they will be receiving them soon. They say that the sale was non cancelable and non refundable so they have you by the short hairs. Not a way to do business. They take your money and you are then screwed.

In February 2020 I ordered two orders...
In February 2020 I ordered two orders totaling $97 for 3M particulate masks. I contacted them in March and they said they were delayed. I contacted them in April and I spoke with Rick. He told me that the orders were still pending and they would be sent out however I could cancel if I wanted to. I said I would wait a little bit and see. I emailed the company three days ago and told them I never received them and I wanted a refund at which point they told me that they were Unable to cancel and they were nonrefundable So I paid them $97 back in February and here it is the end of July and I have no masks And they are refusing to give me my money back. This company is horrible and their business practices are unbelievable. I am going to contact the Revdex.com. And leave reviews everywhere I can find.

. Ordered particulate respirator masks on March 2 2020. The item seem to be in stock when ordered. Requesting refund since never received .

Ordered N-95 particulate respirator masks/pack of 20 on 3/2/2020. Order # XXXXXXXXXX. Appeared item was in stock. Once the order was completed and payment submitted I was informed order was on backorder. I would receive order when available. On April 10 I emailed EIO about status of my order. On that day my credit card was charged for the masks. Told item still not available and if I canceled I would be charged 10% restocking fee. I decided to continue to wait. On July 10 I again sent email and on July 13 received the same form letter not available. I requested a 100% refund and denied since this item no return no refund item

Desired Outcome

I want to cancel my order and receive a 100% refund . I shouldn't have to pay for item I never received . 4 and 1/2 months have gone by and I have been patient but I have no reason to believe this item will become available.

Bought masks this company advertised as in stock in February. It's July and I still haven't received them, and they won't give me a refund.
I placed order E-XXXXXXXXXX for 4 boxes of 3M Particulate Respirator *** N95 masks on February 26, totaling *** USD. I used PayPal to pay for the transaction. At the time I placed my order, the items were marked as in stock (and even available for expedited shipping). There was no mention of them being non-cancellable/non-refundable on the product page or website. I received payment confirmations that again made no mention of these items being non-cancellable/non-refundable (images attached). The funds were removed from my bank account on March 3 (image attached). A few weeks went by and I didn't think much of it because I was experiencing shipping delays on other orders. My personal life got somewhat hectic and I forgot about my order until I was reviewing my bank statements last month. I called EIO on 6/26 asking for a refund for my order, and they instructed me to email customer support with my order number, which I did. A service rep named *** responded to me and told me that they would not cancel/refund my order because the items are non-cancellable/non-refundable. I asked him to show me where it said so on my order, and he sent me a screenshot of a product page where this information had since been added, though that was not the case when I placed the order. I searched through the Web Archives and found a webpage snapshot from February 28 (image attached) in which they posted a message saying that masks were backlogged and that any canceled orders would be subject to a 10% refund fee. They never emailed me to communicate this policy change to me (screenshot of inbox included) and it seems they have since again changed their policy to offer no refunds. I do not believe this is fair; they are essentially holding my payment indefinitely for items they do not even have in stock and cannot provide me any estimate on when or if I will receive them. It's been nearly 5 months. I also think it is objectively unethical for them to accept and process payments for items they can't even estimate a fulfillment date for (especially items people are ordering out of grave health concerns), and then suggest consumers should have to pay a 10% refund fee, though it seems they are now offering no refunds at all. I opened a dispute with PayPal on June 29th (case #PP-D-XXXXXXXX), and the seller has not responded. Today, 7/13, I escalated that claim to PayPal to review, but I am extremely disheartened by other reports of buyers who lost their money. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Consumer Protection Divisions of both Connecticut (where I live) and California.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of

REFUND: I purchase N95 mask online on 2/26 for *** I have not received my order as of 7/6/2020. Online it is showing not in stock.
I requested full refund and was refused because the seller states that the item is a NCNR - Non Cancelable Non Returnable. This can not be the case for a item almost 5 months out for order date. I looked today and their are several complaints online for the exact same reason. Alot of consumers with no refund, no product, no shipping, no delivery, and no date of when item will be available. *** Particulate Respirator 20 pack at *** and *** shipping for a total of *** On 7/3/2020, the site had a cancellation policy online that states: "Any order placed on the Site may be cancelled at any time prior to the order being shipped". I emailed copy to seller and they still refuse refund. Please help.

Desired Outcome

100% refund of

Canceled the order that was placed more than three months ago but they are not willling to give a full refund and only gave me partial refund.
On March 6, 2020 I bought 300 masks from Electronic Inventory Online, Inc.
I waited more than three month and they even didn't sent the items.
When I requested a full refund amount of *** they onlt gave me partial refund.

Desired Outcome

Full refund

Ordered N95 masks that were shown to be in stock. Never got my order. Company did take my money no problem. They are refusing to give me a refund. Do not order from this company "Electronic Inventory Online" or "EIO" (www.eio.com). Scammers.

My husband ordered a 20-pack of 3MTM 8210 Particulate Respirators from EIO.com on 3/4/2020, then cancelled the order but never received a refund.
My husband ordered a 20-pack of *** 8210 Particulate Respirators (***-DC) from EIO.com on 3/4/2020. When he placed the order the website said the item was in stock, however, we learned a couple of weeks later when the item had still not shipped that the item was not in stock and would not be back in stock for weeks (it's actually STILL not in stock almost 4 months later). He cancelled the order on 3/24/2020 and received an order cancellation confirmation email, but we never received the refund. We have contacted the company multiple times and have received nothing but rude, unprofessional responses. Taking someone's money and then never delivering a product or refunding them in full is outright fraud and illegal. If this dispute cannot be resolved by the Revdex.com or our credit card company I will be taking EIO to small claims court and I encourage others who have been robbed by them to do the same. Our order number is E-XXXXXXXXXX. We paid $22.50 and received $0.00 back. For the record, (and I say this as a small business owner), standard practice is to not charge a customer for something that is not in stock until the item ships. Taking a customer's money for an item that may never be back in stock is wrong and outright theft!

Desired Outcome

I want to receive a FULL refund of $22.50 on my credit card used for the original purchase.

back in early march 2020 I place 2 separate rders for some in stock respirator masks
order numbers E-XXXXXXXXXX and E-XXXXXXXXXX
never received

back in early march 2020 I place 2 separate orders for some in stock respirator masks
order numbers E-XXXXXXXXXX and E-XXXXXXXXXX
never received

apparently there may be hundreds or even thousands of others who never received their merchandise as well

they charged me immediatley after palcing order yet I still have no product over 3 months later and when you contact them about it they just say they have no ETA.

I want what I ordered and paid for period.

if you contact them they will mention order was cancelled by me and credit card dispute..neither of those are valid..the order was never officially cancelled nor did I want it cancelled I was just worried I was never going to get my merchandise I paid for and I had all rights to be worried since they did this to many many people..not just me

Desired Outcome

i want what i ordered.

IEO.com did not allow me to cancel my order. I was not sent an order confirmation. After waiting 3 months for the item to ship, I was denied a refund.
Purchased 5 3M respirators to use for my business. They were advertised IN STOCK. It took 3 months for the items to be delivered, and they refused to offer a refund. After several email exchanges, they still refused to follow their return policy. I was told they "might" give me my money back if they appear unused. There is no way to tell if these are used or not.

Desired Outcome

I need a full refund. You never gave me an order number, nor an order confirmation allowing me to cancel my order. It took 3 months for an "IN STOCK" item to be delivered. And then you denied a refund. I was offered a "maybe" refund over email.

This company dont carry mask inventory. but they continue to sell them.
charged me 10% for processing and shipping fee which included a shipping fee.
My order was placed 3 months ago and there has been no status as I waited patiently.
I decided to cancel a few days ago and received *** out of *** which included a shipping fee about ***
This online store does not carry any mask inventory but continue to sell them. They leave me waiting without a status and charged me 10% for processing and shipping fee as I canceled. EIO claimed it's policy to retain 10% of your order if cancelled due to expenses related to processing orders.
This seems like fraud to me.

Desired Outcome

m is claiming there is a 10% charge for cancellation. EIO.com did not have the masks in stock, but continue to sell on their website and collect their fees when there is a cancellation through no fault of mines. I waited 3 months and they did not provide any status nor update or if they will have inventory. Many customers are in the same situation as I am. EIO has been collecting fees for no service rendered from many customers.

On March 2nd 2020 I ordered N95 masks from Eio.com. They charged my credit card and never mailed order. I tried login my account it has been delete
Ordered on March 2nd 2020
ORDER E-XXXXXXXXXX
*** Particulate Respirator, *** 20 eaches/pack Ã? 1
***
They charged my credit card immediately. No order ever came or any information at all. I tried to call many times, emailed, no reply. I tried to log into my account and they have deleted my account, my email did not work. They have scammed hundreds of people in this same way, they should not be in business.

Desired Outcome

Deliver my masks

Failed to ship what I ordered for 50 days. When you call the company, it always goes to voice mail and they don't even identify who you are calling and just says leave a message. I refused the package from Fedex and EIO charged a 25% restock fee plus return shipping. I tried canceling the order but they only shipped after disputing it through Paypal. I suggest going elsewhere.

EIO has not delivered in three months, and they shortchanged my refund.
I am a frontline healthcare worker. I ordered N95 masks from EIO back in February this year. It is middle of May, and EIO still has not delivered my needed items. When I cancelled the order yesterday after all this wait and requested a full refund for the order, EIO gave me a partial refund.

I am trying to understand how it is fair for a customer to give money, receive nothing, wait for months, and be penalized monetarily.

My order number is E-XXXXXXXXXX, placed on 2/28/2020 for N95 masks. I paid *** but only received *** back. I want all my money back. I request EIO return my

Desired Outcome

I requested a FULL refund back. I wish the remaining *** returned.

I ordered N95 masks back in 3/9/20. As of 5/14 not shipped & cancelled; got a refund, but they took *** out of ***
I purchased N95 masks 3/9/20. I expected the shipment 1-2 weeks ,and it was delayed and delayed. I followed up several times, but they responded saying there is no ETA. After 2 months, I finally decided to cancel 5/8/20. I got the refund, but it was *** less from the original amount *** saying that there is 10% cancellaion fee. I understand that the stores try to avoid the unnecessary orders, but you do not charge 10% after delaying the order for 2 months. What kind of company would charge the customers up front 100% and then delay the order more than 2 months so they can charge 10% for each order whoever cancels it? This company has an issue charging the customers up front to make that 10% profit for those orders they CAN NOT FULFILL. The company claims that they don't make money and supposed not to issue a refund, but according to their policy, this should be handled a case by case. Electronic Inventory Online, Inc. *** claims that his company is not making money and losing money. Due to COVID-19, millions of people are losing jobs and stores are closing down. YOU DO NOT TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SCHME TO CHARGE 10% FOR EVERY CUSTOMERS.

Here is their policy:

VIII. CANCELLATIONS: Any order placed on the Site may be cancelled at any time prior to the order being shipped. Orders that have requested a cancellation after the funds have been captured are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% on a case-by-case basis to help cover non-recoverable expenses incurred from processing your order. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Final Sale / Non-cancellable Non-returnable products cannot be cancelled for any reason without prior written consent (see FINAL SALE / NON-CANCELLABLE NON-RETURNABLE). Services, once rendered, cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Desired Outcome

Refund my money back 100%. Do not do this kind of scheme charging the customers for the products they do not have or fulfill.

Order E-XXXXXXXXXX has been canceled; HOWEVER, EIO, specifically *** DID NOT FULLY REFUNDED!
Order E-XXXXXXXXXX has been canceled; HOWEVER, EIO, specifically *** DID NOT FULLY REFUNDED! This company sold 3M masks & filters during SARS-CoV-2 when they DID NOT HAVE ANY TO SELL! As promised in the attached txt message from EIO, I DEMANDED A FULL REFUND! Only *** of the initial charge of *** (see attached transactions); leaving a balance of *** still needing to be refunded. If not made whole, I consider that EIO commit fraud by exploiting the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Very Displeased Customer!

Desired Outcome

As promised in the attached txt message from EIO, I DEMANDED A FULL REFUND! Only *** of the initial charge of *** (see attached transactions); leaving a balance of *** still needing to be refunded. If not made whole, I consider that EIO commit fraud by exploiting the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Very Displeased Customer!

I ordered some 3M N95 masks on 2/21/2020. I asked for refund on 3/17 since EIO did not have masks. EIO charged me 10% cancellation fee. It is unfair.
On 02/21, I ordered 10 pack 3M 8210 Particulate Respirator plus shipping for $238.77 on EIO web site. When I paced the order, EIO web site did not show this was out of stock or back order. I thought they would ship this within a few days. After some email communications with EIO, I realized that EIO did not have any masks available and they could not tell when the masks were going to be available. I checked my credit card statement and saw my card was charged on 02/27. I asked for refund on 3/17. I was charged 10% cancellation fee for this. I contacted EIO and asked for a full refund. They declined. I was told that it is their legal policy to charge 10% if my card had been charged and I requested a refund.
It is very unfair to charge a cancellation fee for this. EIO first post mask for sale they did not have and they never knew when they could get the mask. EIO charged my credit card without shipping the mask to me. This a fraud.

Desired Outcome

I want EIO to put the 10% cancellation fee back on my credit card. EIO should return the 10% cancellation fee to all the customers, who ordered the masks and cancelled the order. Many customer complained about this. You can see the complaints from the following link.

I had ordered N95 masks. they were not sent and apparently not in stock at the time I ordered them I asked for a refund on 03/06/20 and again 03/11/20
I had ordered N95 masks - they were not sent and apparently not in stock at the time I ordered them - I asked for a refund on 03/06/20 and again on 03/11/20 - see below-

I had paid a total of 193.29 for the masks to include fed ex shipping -
EIO has failed to refund any of the money -$193.29
I am therefore reporting this to the Revdex.com for Torrance California.
I have made multiple calls - to EIO to no avail; no one ever answers - sent emails as well-they have not responded - they did not indicate that they did not have the item in stock, but advertised it as if it was available - thus I paid for fed ex. but the website now says out of stock. I have already secured the product from another merchant who actually had it in stock and sent it.

Desired Outcome

I would like the refund of the money spent including the fed ex shipping totaling 193.29

Customer Response • Apr 24, 2020

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. THE MATTER IS RESOLVED AND I AM WITHDRAWING THE COMPLAINT-

Electronic Inventory Online (EIO) website stated 3M masks misled me saying they were in stock when they were not. Charging 10% fee, price gouging too.
EIO stated on their website 3M Paint Sanding Valved Respirator 8511PA1-A-PS x 15 for $119.95 ($7.99 each) on Sunday, 1 March 2020. Their website said nothing about these masks being out of stock (before run on masks began), and nothing about a 10% fee. EIO is saying they have a return policy, but this policy was no where indicated on the site, nor on our receipt. We received an email a week later stating the shipment would be weeks out. When we said we wanted out money back, they wanted to charge us 10%. This is a scam to take advantage of innocent people on these products, and to gain money off them. We asked for our money back also, and they became argumentative, belligerent, and defensive! On a separate note on Sunday, 1 March a 2-pack of these masks were $7.99, as of today, these masks are $160.99 for ONE mask! They are clearly scammers, and price gougers. They have tons of complaints on their website for non-fulfilled orders!

We want our $119.95 refunded to us immediately. We can buy our masks at our local Home Depot now and we need this money to do so. See attached our bill and screenshot of price gouging.

Desired Outcome

We want our $119.95 refunded to us immediately. We can buy our masks at our local Home Depot now and we need this money to do so. See attached our bill and screenshot of price gouging. We would also like an apology and for someone to effectively deal with EIO for their violation of: Fair Credit Billing Act, Mail, Internet, Telephone Merchandise Rule, and Price gouging.

This company was listing no-exist-inventory online and accept orders. Any order cancellation request will be charged 10% of the order amount.
On 03/03/2020, I placed an order of 4 packs of 3M masks to donate to local health workers under the COVID-19 situation. There was nowhere showing in stock but this website. After order placed, a notice was shown that the order is actually backorder and needs to wait without a specific delivery projection provided. I waited till 03/17/2020 and decided to find other ways to get the masks for local healthcare facilities, so I send an email request order cancellation and refund. Things that happened after that became ridiculous. No refund was processed until 03/26/2020. I sent a follow-up email to check and then got the refund, which was 90% deduct a "cancellation fee of 10%". I questioned this fee in emails, and the staff there just fighting with me in words during email conversations. My order amount in total was $90, so 10% was not a big deal. However, I was wondering how many people ordered these non-existing stuff from this website and have to cancel then give them a 10% fee. It's like free money for this business, even scam money. I suggest people be aware of this website and start some potential investigations into it if possible.

Desired Outcome

Explanation and refund.
