I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
My employee never said she was authorized to make decisions for the company as with any other company any authorization needs to be done through corporate office or a manager and also in writing I never requested the services of this company and the scam they have as many others is to call stores and say that they want to verify information about the company and that is how they get you Since there is no writing authorization from me or anyone authorized to make decisions in this company the "invoice" will not be paid
I have heard at least more cases with se same complaints from the same company trying to scam All the information they have from my company was found on our website *** When the "invoice" was sent it was sent to the email [email protected] which is the one we provide only to customers in our website and the one we use for corporate information or invoices is completely different this is also how we can show this is a scam

I called the company and actually got a recording but the sales person you could barely understand what he is saying really bad quality call as a couple of times my employee asked him to repeat because couldn't understand.
