We made the customer aware of when the meat would be readyWe told them their standard deer processing would be finished first and the specialty meats would not be ready until after Thanksgiving, possibly not till end of DecemberWe told them this right awayThey dropped it off on 11/19/We

plant. We did say we would re-seal them but they never brought them back. We processed 2400 animals last year and this is the first complaint of this type we have had. Anytime you deal with vacuum sealing and bone in steaks there is potential for air loss. We personally inspected every package and reseal before it left the plant. How the customer handles the packages after it leaves is the customer's liability. We strive for perfection and demand of our employees the attention to detail.

This is completely wrong and I explained to him I couldn't make it back there because my mom was dying with cancer and I was the only care giver. He said he would come to me. I text back and never got a response. He sent me my sheet of what I ordered and told me I was not knowledgeable of what I was talking about. I have the sheet of what I ordered but got steaks that I didn't order? I will send pictures of all my meat. I have never had any trouble with packaging before at any other place. That is just one of my concerns. My meat was not cut at all like it is supposed to be. There is no meat on my ribs they are only 3 inches tall. And maybe 1/2 inch thick. I will be enclosing all pictures. I didn't order filets but have packages of filets? I know what kind of cow I brought to butcher same I've butchered my whole life. It's not the weight it is the cuts of meat and the lack of meat on those cuts! I also have a witness that he repackaged three of mine before we even left. My dad also had to have some repackaged before he left too. I have more pictures plus the form he sent me of what he says I ordered. Will only let me download a few pictures.
