I hired this company to install me a custom stereo system for my [redacted]  classic show car, I was already worried because of the cost but I was assured I would be very pleasedso the work was completed but took longer than was promised first, then when project was done I had issues with everything workingi took the car back times and nothing was fixed, only thing I was told was that I needed to spend more money to make what I paid for to work, to work properlydue to improper designing of the system but I did buy the alternator that was suppose to fix the issue which cost another $800, but still didn't workso after that he tells me that I need to buy more stuff which I didn't think was fair because I was sold equipment that would not work properly without all this extra accessoriesas a business owner he should have told me all these things in the beginning or a different designso I had to take my car elsewhere to get fixed properly, because come to find out things

response within ten days. This period encompassed 2 weekends. Since my client is out of the country and I just received this at the end of last week, I would respectfully request an extension of time to respond to this matter.
