Review: I bought an item from their website [redacted] I paid for the item using my paypal account. I checked my credit card statement and it has been charged for the item. I never received the item in the mail. When I contacted them at the email listed on their website ([redacted]) I never got a response.Desired Settlement: Either give me a refund or send me the item I paid for.

Review: I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 GTI9500 from [redacted] on May 20.2013. On or about September 2013 my phone screen went black without explanation. This product was advertised as having a 1 year manufacture's warranty. I contacted Samsung USA and was told this an international version of phone manufactured in African and I would have to contact Samsung in Africa regarding any warranty. I contacted the Samsung cooperation in South Africa and was told they do not provided a warranty of any sales of products internationally and I should contact the seller. I contacted [redacted] multiple times from their homepage and in a Facebook message. Finally, I got message back a [redacted] stating they would accept the product back for refund. I contacted them multiple times regarding the return procedure since their website clearly states the you need a RMA number to return merchandise. I never got a response. There is no costumer service number to call. I am stuck with broken phone and they are not responding to my massages.

I am pasting below a copy the email I got from them on Oct **, 2013. I can forward the actual email if needed.

"Hi [redacted],

Thank you for contacting us. Looking into your account I can see I am

still authorized to issue a return for the item. Please note we no

longer have the item in stock so this would be for a refund. I just

wanted to fill you in before we start the process in case you were dead

set on a replacement unit or wanted to service the unit on your own.

Please advise for further assistance as we really want to help you

resolve the issue.
