Review: They sold me a different dryer than what was displayed in the picture they showed me the picture because they keep the dryers at a warehouse of [redacted] has the dryer for 314 dollars electronics for best sold it to me for 630. Finance company said I can not return it until I pay 300 plus dollars which is the first 3 months payments.Desired Settlement: Take the dryer back

we have received the complaint and after reviewing this complaint. Its clearly a misunderstanding by the customer to say that we have our merchandise in [redacted] warehouse. The sales man explain to the customer that he can look up an item on [redacted] or another site of his choosing that he would be interested in just for an idea of what specifications he wants and features. He purchased the item on a finance that we offer in the store. We are more than happy to do an exchange of the item if for [redacted] if he is not satisfied with it or any other problems as long as it is in the same conditions and original package. Because of the terms in the store as well as the financing agreement that he signed we cannot issue any credits or refund. He can return it the item for an exchange within our 7 day exchange period.

To whom it may concern, The complaint that was filed against Electronics for was not resolved. I made a visit to the establishment to return the items and I was not greeted nicely by the salesmen he approached me in a aggressive way because he had learned about the report I made. while I was in the store they refuse to call the [redacted] so I could talk to him about returning the merchandise. I called the finance company while in the store I spoke to a representative he was telling they should take back the items. Then they refuse to talk to the representative at the finance company ([redacted] in Atlanta. When they finally came around they told the representative that its there store policy that they don't do not refund on finance option which they said was on the agreement. when the I finally spoke to the person he told me that the agreement that was signed had the policy on the first page. when I looked at the agreement numbers 1 through 7 was not available to me and was emailed to me. At that time it was already to late I would not have known about that policy in the first place. After going back and fourth the [redacted] representative said that I would have to be responsible for the first two months payment if I want to return the items. In my opinion this company are taking advantage of the people with there loop hole scams and policies like this is unfair. I could understand if I open the product but its still inside the box and something needs to be done. Thank you in advance. From, [redacted]

In response to [redacted] complaint, on 2-**-15 did in fact purchase a dryer from our store. When the dryer was delivered, after inspection he excepted the dryer, never stating or refusing the dryer because it was a different model as he stated. Several days later, beyond the store policy period he came back to our store stating that he wanted a much larger dryer for the same price. We told me that we could not offer him such a deal. Unfortunately, we cannot price match or compete with on-line pricing from large electronics and appliance stores. We are a small mom and pop store and we are subject to different prices than the larger chain stores that buy in large quantities. I did complain to the guy who delivered the product. He stated that he was just the person who delivers the merchandise I should call the store. I had shakief personal number minutes later and he told me that its again that they will not take it back. I understand that even if you are a independent store you need to put a little on the top but not double that's just ridiculous. From my experience with the store I believe their practice are not professional with spiking prices and binding contracts if they were doing the right thing this would not be necessary. At this point I have already paid 2 months payment on the items which I had to do to be able to return it . Now I'm just waiting on the shipping information that should be sent to my house. Hopefully the Revdex.com will be able to conduct a investigation on the practices at this store. Thank you in advance. [redacted]
