Review: Good Afternoon,

I would like to file a complaint about the above mentioned company. I bought a Blu Dash M cellular phone for $345 from the company, on a finance no interest for 12 months deal. I check the price online for the same phone and it costs $70 plus tax for a new phone like the one I bought from them. I then went back to the store to get a exchange for a cheaper phone and they didn't want to give me a exchange. They're selling the same phone three times the price of what the phone really cost. Instead they exchange the Blue Dash M phone for a Blu Dash Jr Which is $30 online and they gave me it for $245 and gave me a $100 store credit. I am really frustrated with them for doing that.Desired Settlement: Refund the money to my account. It is very cuel to charge customers three times the actual value of the phone. I know they have to make a profit but Jezeee why rip off people like that.

Our store is a storefront establishment that has been in business for over 16 years. We do not offer any price match guarantee and we cannot compete with on- line business because there are many factors, primarily cost that go into running a storefront business unlike on-line business. While our cost for the merchandise is way higher because of the small scale volume that we purchased as oppose to the businesses competing on-line who buys on a much higher scale and has no overheads, especially rent. For those reasons our price is different, not because we overcharge people. We always try to work with our customers as we did with [redacted], however we do not offer a refund on financing, we can only offer an exchange. Review: Hi, my name I s [redacted] and I would like to file a complaint .The store I made purchase from , I bought 1 television And 2 air .TheY told me at special and I could purchase my itehow was my head is killing mems by receiving credit from a different store there were dealing with a different company I submit my application and got a $1,500 to purchase my items my total was 1300 and $75 had an installment of 270 a month .today I fond out that is was a lease and not a purchase. When I saw the contract the day of my purchase the store clerk told me it's just how the contract look after I finish payment the stuff us mine now I come to find out they lied .I payed all thus money only for a lease when it was that I was buying. We did not mislead [redacted] the agreement states the options clearly, and her desired settlement to pay it off and own it is in fact one of the options. At this point the decision is clearly hers. Hi I'm sorry but they trick me in what the contract said On going back to the store they advice me to pay as a buy out and said their sorry I wasn't told it was a lease in the store all the advertisement is no where that said lease ..I wouldn't have buy a tv or ac knowing I'll have to return it .I feel like they pull a fast one on me because I did not read their contract. Their advertisement said no where in the store least.
