I ordered solar panels on sale for $each The came to $for the items and $for shipping The shipping seemed quite high The items arrived quickly and well packed The items work VERY well In all, despite the exorbitant shipping cost, I got these panels for considerably less than anywhere else Kudos to Electronic Goldmine for a good value

Worse customer service around, the office manager is not a nice person and will not help you

Watch out they will try to triple your shipping costI put in a order and checked out, paid with my card, received the below email, letting me know they received the orderTwo days later I received a call letting me know if I wanted the order I would need to pay $for shippingSTAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!
This is actually the 2nd time this happen to me in orders through themThe first time I figured it was just a glitch in their systemNow I see it a way to recover some cost when they put items on saleI rechecked my orders with them and the other time this happen....I also bought a item that was on saleEmail I received confirming this order

My experiences with this company have been very goodI've had no trouble with ordering, and they put in a system recently that made the online order process fairly smoothI got my order on time and with no issues or missing parts (I ordered quite a few things)I've ordered with them before, and am doing so againI highly recommend them for great surplus deals and for their super-enjoyable "surprise" boxes
Note that due to how they receive their stuff, and to its very nature, that they may ship out broken or non-working itemsYou should work this factor into your ordering expectations, I don't think it's their faultThey rarely guarantee that stuff is going to work, though the vast majority of it does in my experience

My experiences with this company have been very good. I've had no trouble with ordering, and they put in a system recently that made the online order process fairly smooth. I got my order on time and with no issues or missing parts (I ordered quite a few things). I've ordered with them before, and am doing so again. I highly recommend them for great surplus deals and for their super-enjoyable "surprise" boxes.

Note that due to how they receive their stuff, and to its very nature, that they may ship out broken or non-working items. Now I see it a way to recover some cost when they put items on sale. I rechecked my orders with them and the other time this happen....I also bought a item that was on sale.
