I have been on the waiting list for services for well over monthsThe representative I spoke with claimed some have been on the list for over yr

I called and spoke with a lady who gave no name inquiring about my position on the waiting list for servicesShe replied that some people have even been on for over year, with a very non-chalant and condescending tone
ESC does not care about getting customers and from the complaints I've heard the ones they do have are trapped with slower than advertised, unreliable service160$ installations and 60$ per month for a shoddy service
They have no interest in bettering this because they will get their money every month due to customers who don't want to lose service out of fear of their rediculous waiting listsFor some people this is the only option for internet in this area which is an increasingly necessary utility of the modern world

I had ESC install my alarm and internet on 11-25- My internet is not working
I have called ESC and told them my internet is not workingThey told me they have to many users on there towers and it will be two weeks before I will get good serviceThis was last yearI called again today and spoke with ***, he told me the same storyI asked for a credit and he refused and told me to wait a couple more weeksI do not think I should have to pay for services I cannot useI run my multiple businesses (*** and Income Tax Service) out of my home and just don't think that its my problem that they have more business than they can handle! Please Help!! I also have my alarm with ESC and checked my alarm yesterday and it has not been working for I do not know how long
