This company overcharges for its products as much as times suggested retail! Their advertising on *** is deceptive; stating that an item is the last one available, when they actually have several in stock Very difficult to return itemsBuyers Beware!

Review: I have two complaints regarding my purchase and subsequent return of a Panasonic SR-TEG18 10-Cup (Uncooked) Rice Cooker from Electronics Warehouse Outlet through [redacted]. After purchasing and receiving the item, I recognized, before use, that the product did not have the size and specifications I anticipated. This being the case, I packed the item back up, with all original packaging, unused, to return for a refund. Having returned the item within a 30-day window, unused, with all original packaging, I expected, according to policies posted on the [redacted] website (Electronics Warehouse Outlet does not have their own website), to receive a full refund. After correspondence with the company initially, though to my dissatisfaction, I submitted to pay the return postage for the item ($20.71). After the item was received by the company and I checked for the refund, I found I had received only $74.84 of the original $93.49 that I paid for the item. The company insisted that the subtracted $18.65 was the cost of the postage on sending the item initially, a fee I believe I should not have to pay and that I am requesting a refund for:Why?1. Nowhere in the posted refund policies of Electronics Warehouse Outlet is it explicitly stated. I received policy info only after emailing specifically about the problem, email being the only form of communication possible 2. I was not charged postage when purchasing the item. I paid $93.49. What, of that, the company actually paid to ship the item I have no way of knowing. They provided no proof.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting that the company return the additional $18.65 I paid for the item and, for future business and customers, since they do an extraordinarily large business through [redacted], that they please post, clearly, the exact stipulations of their return policy.
