I attended [redacted] commencement 5/8/and parked in a lot near the intersection of Lane and High Streets across from the [redacted] parking lot There was no sign posted saying the lot was a private one When I returned to the lot my car was not there but there was a Shamrock Towing truck present, with the operator standing on the back of the truck on the winch, putting up a sign indicating the lot was a private one I told him there was no sign present when I parked there earlier, and then called Shamrock at his recommendation The woman I talked to said someone had taken down the sign The sign was being put up by the operator on a pole about feet in the air, so only a person with something tall to stand on could have removed this sign Three other adults were with me this entire time - they will confirm that there was no sign posted in this lot when I parked, and we took pictures of the operator putting up the sign when I returned This morning I spoke with Mike "the manager" at

I parked my car in downtown Columbus in a lot that had no sign saying that it was privateI was told by my employer to park there because we were doing painting for one of the surrounding buildings and that it was safe to park there that I or the other guys I was working with would not get towedOn my break I went out to my car to find it missingI called the Owner of the lot and asked them if maybe it had been towedThe Owner of the lot said that they hadn't made any calls or received any calls about a towThey advised me to call and file a police report because there was a chance that it had been stolen, I asked them what company they used for towing and they told me that they used ShamrockI thanked them and called Shamrock just to verify before I filed a report When I called Shamrock I gave the description of the make and model of my car, the man told me that they did indeed have my car in their impound lot and that it would cost me $to come and get my car out of th

This company is currently contracted with my condo association where I own a condo They towed my car from a private parking spot in the middle of the night The spot was authorized parking I had to go retrieve the car from the impound lot - after I attempted to report my vehicle as stolen

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Shamrock TowingThis location (Hamlet) is disgusting, I felt so completely unsafe walking here from the campus area (from which my car got towed)The lot I parked in didn't have adequate signs posted, but oh well - that part doesn't matter, I'll accept that I was at faultWhat matters is how this *** sty of a company conducted themselves when I called to get my car backThe first woman that I got on the phone HUNG UP ON ME before I could get the address of where my car had been towed (I had only been told "to the location off 5th") and I was not told what I would need to get my car backShe was rude and short and apparently didn't appreciate that I was somewhat flusteredI called back and asked to speak to a manager because I felt the service that I had received on the call before was unprofessional and that I needed more information on my carDuring this call - to a MANAGER of the company - I was told that I "am not one of their customers" and that "they don't have to take anything from me." I was appalled that I was spoken to this wayThe pictures posted of this place don't do it justice - it's much more dingy and seedy than thisI was there today (10/13/2016) and there WAS NOT an ATM on location like I was toldI'm glad I had the cash on hand because they don't take card (which really makes me think that there is some shady, under-the-table towing they have going on)TL;DR - Horrible customer service, disgusting businessThat's all you need to know

This complain is again this towing companyThe employee of this company forcefully tried to tow students car while they were sitting and standing near the carThe students could have asked to moved the car and politely informed that they were not supposed to be in that areaThe car was never left unattendedSpecially on the first day of college when students are still new in the area and settling downThis person used bad language, spit around them, smoke on their face and came to close to them like he is going to hit themGirls and guys both devastating of the situation Many students witnessed the situationPolice was called but this guy collected the money on credit card and left by that time The students called the companies phone number which was answered by dispatcher but she could not help in the situationShe promise that she will report the incident to managers next day but managers did not return the call as of nowThe company still made dollars from student fo

Shamrock Towing started to tow my car from a lot that had no visible signThe only sign was located at the edge of the lot NOT near the entranceThe restaurant I was eating at told me that they keep putting signs in the lot to warn customers not to park in the lot and SHAMROCK KEEPS STEALING THE SIGNS! The driver was very rude and told me the only way I’m getting my car back was if I paid him moneyShamrock is such a sketchy company and I hope they go out of business for scamming people

Very rude when picking up my vehicle

Tow truck drivers are very threatening to people who are getting car towed I had an employee that parked in the wrong parking lot and was getting towed This is the employees fault The tow truck driver cussed us with threading language about asking questions about the offense Very threatening and rude Police were called due to the threatening approach of their driver Be aware if you see them tow your car and call the police!!! I actually thought this driver was going to try to punch both meAnd my employees

On the phone they told me that "police involved charges are higher & are set by the police dept." They are charging me an 'administration fee' which I believe to be illegal (house bill 382), a $storage fee, even though the car was there less than hours, and a $fuel charge

Car was parked in a lot behind the Fireproof building I was at a restaurant in the Fireproof building The signage in the lot stated "Fireproof and Church parking only" A reasonable person would determine that parking in this lot was allowed for the Fireproof building Upon leaving the restaurant, my car was gone I called the towing company, who stated that the parking was reserved, and they had towed my carThere was no other signage designating parking as reserved, as the employee stated The adjacent lot, across the alley, did have more specific signage stating reserved parking Because of this, I chose not to park in that lot, but rather the first lot described

Unlawfully towed! My pregnant fiance and I parked in a lot to visit a friend this past below degree SaturdayOf course Saturday's are unfortunately gamedayWhen leaving my friends apartment I find out that my car is towedNo visible sign posted anywhereShamrock towing preys on innocent people to make their moneyNot only that, they were completely rude and unwilling to explain themselves as to why I was towed while visiting a friendI'm not one to promote violence whatsoever, but I felt like I wanted to with the way I was treated after being towed for no apparent reason, and without an explanation whySomething needs to be done about thisI may just set them up myself and video it, to prove that they are a shady tow company only out to rip people offShamrock towing I hope your happy with the $you took from me and my pregnant fiance!!!! 100% NEGATIVE REVIEW ON SHAMROCK TOWING!!!!
