Purchased a land line phone set for my Mom for a Mother's Day gift. Purchased through *** online website. Upon my Mom opening her gift, we started charging the batteries. After about 50 mins of charging, Mom picked up the handset to use it and there was a message on the phone. We had not received/missed any calls. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get rid of this message. I cannot. It is a used phone set. Someone has returned this phone. I have contacted *** and been told they will not do anything as to a return because it is a third party supplier. The seller in Quebec will not send a return shipping label for a refund.
I have had to go out and spend another $150 on another phone set.
I just want to return this phone and I feel I should not be paying for shipping it back to them!!
IT IS A USED PRODUCT!!
