Worst braiding shop I’ve ever been to! Extremely rude staff! I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there for services! My hair was so tight that I couldn’t sleep. Originally went to the stop on Friday and asked if they could do the style I wanted. They said yes. The hair was tight from start and I kept telling her that it was. After being tired from work earlier and wanting to leave, I figured that if I slept on it, I would be fine the next day. (Mind you I’ve been braiding my hair since I was younger!) When I went to sleep, headache and I woke up, headache. My edges had pulling and was red, all beside my ear lobes. When I called the owner was extremely rude to me. She kept trying to over talk me and she stated that all I wanted was my money back and to keep my hair. She was soooo nasty. Soooo nasty! Even after I stated I didn’t want my money back but for them to fix it. She told me they were busy and she couldn’t at the moment but later or sometime during the week. The stylist who did my hair, after not hearing my conversation with the owner, called me a liar and looked at me so dirty, rolling her eyes and intervening in my conversation with the owner. It was embarrassing and one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t recommend going here to braid your hair. From the start I texted the style I wanted and it was the complete opposite of what was done! She tried to tell me that it wouldn’t look good if they did it the way I wanted. Never have I done a google review but this was necessary! Worse experience ever at an African braiding shop! Pics show what I asked for versus what I got. She also told me my hair wouldn’t look nice big. I asked two hours prior to coming in if they could do this style—-of course not to be exact but it was completely different. Had it not been so tight, I wouldn’t have had a problem re doing but she was too nasty over the phone and in person that I’d rather just get a portion of my money back and take it somewhere else!
