Review: In my opinion I was a victim of false advertisement from Elegance Lighting. I paid $9885.95 for a Chandelier. I bought this item on 04/**/2014 from their catalog which was marked as Swarovski brand item # 2800D36SC/SS, and since they said they are an authorized dealer I decided to go ahead with the purchase which I paid in cash. When I received the delivery at home I opened the box right away to find out that I got a totally different Chandelier from the one I ordered. When I approached [redacted] (The store owner) to complaint about this purchase I was promised a refund right away. However after many months I am still waiting for my refund. During this time I sent him many text messages which he always replayed by promise me that a refund will be issue soon, that "he was getting the money together". That never happened.Desired Settlement: I would like Elegance Lighting to refund my money back.
